Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls from clients (travel agents / other wholesale partners and their guests, direct consumers) and suppliers
  • Make outbound calls to both clients and suppliers
  • Read and reply to client and supplier emails
  • Monitor bookings for processing of reservations, special requests, amendments, and cancellations
  • Notate reservation files of all support communication

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have previous travel agency or airline experience issuing tickets
  • Must have a minimum 2 years of experience using AMADEUS or other leading ticketing systems (World Span, SABRE)
  • Must be sales oriented and knowledgeable in US & International ticketing, arranging tours and cruises worldwide, etc.
  • Must be Performance-based and meet monthly sales targets
  • Must possess excellent vocabulary/communication skills, as well as detail orientated
  • Additional languages a strong plus
  • Opportunity for full time based on performance
  • Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment with established guidelines
  • Be willing to relocate to our Miami, Florida offices

Accounting/Bookkeeper

Experience in travel agency operations, and maintain day-to-day agency functions, and who will ensure compliance with industry regulations. We are searching for an organized and dedicated experienced individual.
Responsibilities as an accounting assistant will include, but are not limited to:
Assist with accounting and ticket reporting in accordance with company and airline requirements.

  • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports as requested.
  • Verify all tickets to including newly issued, refunds, exchanges, and voids.
  • Run and prepare weekly sales reports for each location.
  • Track commissions from vendors and manage accounts receivables
  • Requirements/Qualifications (preferred but not required):
  • Proficiency of or knowledge of ARC/IAR submission process and requirements is a plus; ARC certification preferred.
  • General knowledge of airline distribution, ticketing, and settlement data and processes.
  • Experience processing high volume ticket reports.
  • Proficiency of Amadeus and or Sabre familiarity is a plus.
  • Prior experience with internal reporting databases; to include the usage of TRAMS is preferred, but not required.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Multi-task, assist where needed, have strong attention to detail, resolve problems independently, and
  • Work well under pressure and have a strong ability to work closely with team members and have clear communication.
